In the foreword of Mr. O'Hair's book on the first page last paragraph he says and I quote" Three false assumptions which he singled out were that the Old Testament or Covenant began with the first chapter of Genesis, that the New Testament began with the first chapter of Matthew, and that the dispensation of the grace of God began with Peter in the second chapter of Acts.
In actuality the Old Testament began with Moses in Mt. Sinai in Exodus 19; The New Testament began with Christ's death at the end of the gospel records, and the dispensation of the grace of God began with Paul to whom was committed the truth of the Mystery!"
